Dog Policy Agreement

  • The dog owner must contact the park directly in advance if they will be checking-in with a dog(s).
  • Upon arrival to the park, the dog’s acceptance will be at the Managers discretion.
  • Dogs must be supervised at all times and never left unattended, including inside a tent or van accommodation.
  • Dogs must be on a leash at all times while not in a van or tent accommodation: there are no exceptions. A leash must be no more than 2 metres in length.
  • For health and Safety reasons, dogs are not allowed in any common areas of the park, including  BBQ area, amenities block, reception or any public/communal areas.
  • Dog owners are 100% responsible for picking up and disposing of their dog’s waste in a sealed plastic bag and disposed of in rubbish bins.
  • For heath and safety reasons dogs must not be washed or cleaned anywhere within the park, additionally any dog related accessories such as dog blankets/bedding should not be washed or cleaned within the park laundry facilities.
  • Dog owners are personally responsible and will be held to be so, for any and all personal injuries and/ or property damage or losses in relation to any actions caused by or because of their dog.
  • It is the dog owner’s sole responsibility to control and manage their dog at all times. If in the view of Park Management this has not happened to an acceptable level, the owner and the dog may be evicted from the park immediately.
  • The dog owner must agree that the Park Manager reserves the right to evict any guests whose dog is deemed noisy, disruptive and aggressive or the subject of a complaint/s from other guests.
  • Dogs and pets are only accepted on sites only and not in cabin accommodation unless prior consent has been authorized by management.
  • Maximum of 3 dogs per site – if you are travelling with more than 3 dogs, consent from Park Management must be provided before your arrival. During peak periods dog numbers are managed accordingly.


Cancellation Policy* 

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings can be cancelled up to 14 days before arrival, refunds will be processed less a $25.00 administration fee.
If the reservation is cancelled with less than 14 days before arrival no refunds will be given, however the balance will be transferred into a guest account within our system for the guest to use as a credit upon their next booking.

Guest account credits are valid for 3 years and are non-transferrable.
If the new balance is less than the credit total, no money will be refunded, balance will remain in the guest account for the remaining validity.

COVID-19: Unfortunately COVID outbreaks and border restrictions are no longer viewed as an unforeseen circumstance, our refund policy applies to all cancellations due to COVID restrictions and implications.
Please take this into consideration when making your booking, we do advise our guests to obtain their own independent travel insurance to cover them for these circumstances!

No refunds are given for early departure and no shows.
