Park Rules

Welcome to Penola Coonawarra Caravan Park! We are all about creating a friendly and welcoming environment for everyone. To ensure your stay is safe and enjoyable, please familiarise yourself with our park guidelines before your visit.

Noise & Behaviour

We kindly ask all guests to be considerate of others. Keep noise levels to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone. Excessive noise, disruptive parties, or any abusive, violent, or dangerous behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the park.

Cancellations & Refunds

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings can be cancelled up to 14 days before arrival, refunds will be processed less a $25.00 administration fee.

If the reservation is cancelled with less than 14 days before arrival no refunds will be given, however the balance will be transferred into a guest account within our system for the guest to use as a credit upon their next booking.

Guest account credits are valid for 1 year and are non-transferable. If the total value of a new booking is less than the available credit, the remaining balance stays in the guest account until the end of the validity period. Credits are non-refundable, including in cases of early departure or no-shows

For bookings made through the G'DAY Parks website, guests may choose either a 1-year guest credit or a refund minus a $45 cancellation fee ($25 from the park and $20 from G’DAY Parks).

Guests & Visitors

Guests are responsible for the actions of their visitors. Ensure all visitors register at reception before entering the park. Visitor parking is available in designated areas. Additional fees may apply for unregistered overnight visitors.

Speed Limit

To ensure everyone’s safety, the maximum speed throughout the park is 10 km/h. Please drive carefully and be mindful of children and pedestrians.

Pets

We are a pet-friendly park! Please refer to our detailed pet policy, which outlines all rules for bringing pets to the park. Always ensure your furry friends are supervised and leashed.

Site Cleanliness

Keep your allocated site tidy at all times. Tents, caravans, annexes, and vehicles must remain within the boundaries of your site. Please dispose of waste in the appropriate bins provided.

Check-in Time: 2:00 PM
Check-out Time: 10:00 AM

Powered / Unpowered Site

Check-in Time: 12:00 PM
Check-out Time: 10:00 AM

Ensuite Powered Site

Check-in: 2:00 pm
Check-out: 10:00 am

Late departures may incur additional charges. Please leave your site or cabin clean and ready for the next guest.

Shared Facilities

Camp Kitchen & BBQs: These are available for all guests. Please dispose of cooking fats and food scraps responsibly to avoid blocked drains.
Amenities Blocks: Keep these spaces clean and respectful for others. Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult.
Laundry: Coin-operated washing machines are located in the southern side of the park for guest use.

Rubbish & Recycling

We’re committed to reducing waste. Please separate your recyclables and place them in the appropriate bins around the park. Bag all general waste before disposal.

Damages & Breakages

Guests are responsible for any damage or loss of park property, including furniture, equipment, and keys. Report any incidents to management immediately. Costs for damages may be charged to the guest.

Parking

Site fees include parking for one vehicle. Additional vehicles must use designated visitor parking areas.

Special Requests & Allocations

While we do our best to accommodate specific site or cabin requests, we cannot guarantee allocations. We reserve the right to reassign bookings if necessary.
